Shipping
- FREE shipping to USA states (excluding Alaska & Canada)
- If a product is in stock we will have the item shipped within 1-4 business days.
- All customers will be emailed tracking info as soon as the order has shipped.
- Sendplates is not responsible for any import/custom fees with international orders.
Return/Cancelation
- To receive a full refund on a cancelation, the order must be canceled within 24 hours. If the order has shipped before the 24 hour limit, the order is not eligible for a full refund.
- For lost/damaged packages, the customer must get a verified letter from the shipping service to confirm the package was either lost/damaged during shipping.
- For return orders, customers must purchase a return shipping label and include all contents from order (including packaging materials). Once the order is returned and inspected a refund can be issued (minus a 20% restocking fee).
- Sendplates has the right to refuse a returned order due to the following: (missing products, damaged products, missing return deadline).
- Our return policy lasts 15 days. After the 15 day deadline we unfortunately cannot allow a return.
